Randy Roberty

Randy Roberty Director of Design and Architecture

Randy’s spent close to two decades working within the Architecture and Design industry on a diverse selection of project types and scales. This experience allows him to tailor innovative solutions to each unique project challenge. He is constantly researching new trends and technologies to push the limits and bring new concepts to the table. Randy is a believer in the power of communication, and that asking the right questions through a streamlined ‘process’ can make or break a project.

He’s run architectural projects ranging from a few hundred to 100 million dollars during his career. Most were within the hospitality market which includes restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs and retail/multi-use developments. This variation of scale allows him to quickly adapt to unique project conditions while managing consultants, process, architectural drawings, and design.

Randy received a BS in Architecture from Bowling Green State University and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. He’s a licensed architect and active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Outside the office, Randy spends most of his time with his wife, April and their sons, Aiden and Gavin.
