Over the past 30 years Jay has been providing construction management services in Ohio and throughout the U.S., ranging from developing maximum personnel utilization, operational infrastructure development and enhancement, project development and management, and coordination and development of subcontractor bases.

Jay has established upper level, mid-level and field management procedures to provide effective communication for timelines, project priorities and to maintain a seamless transition from one project to the next. Eliminating potential budget and cost over runs by condensing trade providers into targeted teams, and scheduling for timely, cost effective project implementation and completion.
